IFAD is an international financial institution and a specialized United Nations agency dedicated to eradicating poverty and hunger in rural areas in developing countries. It does so by financing programmes and projects that increase agricultural productivity and raise rural incomes, and by advocating at the local, national and International level for policies that enable poor rural people to overcome poverty IFAD is seeking a Special Adviser (P-4/P-5 grade) for the Assistant President of its Finance and Administration Department (FAD).
